Joshua Allen Moss is the founder and managing principal of Allencrest Group LLC. He leads acquisition sourcing, capital formation, and platform strategy across the Allencrest entity suite, and serves as the principal signatory for Allencrest Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, in its role as general partner of Allencrest Hospitality Fund I LP.
His focus is on the intersection of distressed-asset acquisition and deskless hotel operations — pairing disciplined entry basis with a repeatable operating playbook that institutional lenders recognize and accredited investors can underwrite.
He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
